INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pack of Melissa Spaghetti No 6
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • 150 g bacon finely chopped (or shredded prosciutto)
  • ½ glass white wine, non-resinated
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • A little fresh pepper
  • A little parsley
METHOD

In a saucepan, add the butter to heat and sauté the onion. Add the bacon and then the wine. Lower the heat and let it boil for 7-8 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the egg yolks, heavy cream, pepper, and cheese. Add them to the pot with the bacon and mix. As soon as the sauce comes to a light boil, it is ready. At the same time, boil and strain the pasta. Add it back to the pot and mix well with the sauce. Serve immediately.
