INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pack Melissa pasta kids paw patrol
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 400 g fresh tomatoes, grated without the peel
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 400 ml hot water
  • Salt, pepper
METHOD

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the onion. Stir until lightly browned. Then add the tomato paste along with the sugar and hot water. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the pasta along with the salt and pepper, and boil for 10 more minutes. Serve in a bowl.
