Fusilli with ouzo and cream

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pack Melissa Fusilli
  • 5 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup of ouzo
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp grated walnuts
  • 1 onion, grated
  • ½ spring onion, finely chopped
  • 100 g feta cheese
METHOD

In a deep frying pan, add the butter and let it get hot. Sauté the garlic, add the onions, leave for 1 minute and deglaze with the ouzo.

At the same time, boil and strain the pasta. In the pan, add the parsley, feta cheese, cream, fusilli, and walnuts, and mix.

All you need is a plate, a sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese, coarsely grated pepper, and bon appétit!
