For this reason, we created the Melissa Wheat Academy. Having long-term partnerships with the local producers, we ensure that they will continue to cultivate the land with care and with the most modern agricultural practices. This care continues even after the harvest in June, when the grains of the wheat are milled to the finest semolina.
Then, in our pasta factory, we create all the different pasta shapes that are then packaged to reach every corner of the world.
